Neo-Partisanship is a developing political practice which involves adopting the platform or part of it, of one political group while at the same time condemning that group.
Can also involve completely reversing past history.
Some examples are Arnold Schwarzenegger who is labeled Republican in Name Only (RINO) and Ron Paul (anti-war Republican really a Libertarian)
